I’m simply curious. I love trying on new bodies to get a glimpse of a reality I’ll never see for myself. It’s a complex game of dress up, trading tiaras for traumas and plastic princess shoes for new physicalities. It’s never “fake” when you exist. It only becomes fake when you compare yourself to others. Plastic is no more inauthentic than metal, but we judge it’s creation as if it should be something it’s not. Actors are Artists, not liars.
